TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream primary school based in Walsall, which has been awarded a ‘Good’ OFSTED rating. The school promotes a positive learning environment and is committed to supporting both staff and pupils to achieve their full potential.

The school is looking to take on a dedicated KS1 Teacher on a long-term basis from September 2026 through to July 2027. The successful KS1 Teacher will be responsible for full classroom responsibilities including planning, preparation, and assessment, delivering engaging lessons to Key Stage 1 pupils and supporting their academic development.

The successful KS1 Teacher will have:

  • QTS (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
  • Experience working as a KS1 Teacher in the UK
  • Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum
  • Experience with planning, preparation and assessment
  • Excellent classroom management
  • A positive and adaptable approach
