The school is looking to appoint a Secondary LSA on a long-term basis from September.
The successful Secondary LSA will provide classroom support across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, assisting students with their learning, promoting positive behaviour and working alongside teaching staff to ensure pupils remain engaged across a variety of subject areas.
Responsibilities- Provide classroom support across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
- Assist students with their learning and promote positive behaviour
- Work alongside teaching staff to keep pupils engaged across a variety of subject areas
- Experience supporting students within a UK secondary school
- Experience working across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
- Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
- The ability to support students with a range of learning needs
