The school is looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor on a long-term basis from September. The successful Cover Supervisor will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4, maintaining high standards of behaviour and ensuring students remain engaged with their learning throughout the school day. The successful Cover Supervisor will play an important role in supporting students' academic progress while contributing to their personal growth and development.
The successful Cover Supervisor will have:
- Experience working with secondary-aged students in a school setting
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- The ability to confidently deliver pre-set work across a range of subjects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting learning
- A positive, enthusiastic and professional attitude
