We are seeking a one-to-one Teaching Assistant to join our client college’s committed team, providing high‑quality support to pupils.
This is a rewarding role where you’ll play a vital part in helping students—many with autism or additional needs—access education, develop independence, and feel safe, supported and understood.

- One to one support with young adults
- Creating dynamic, hands‑on learning experiences that inspire and motivate students
- Adapting lessons and teaching approaches to meet individual learning needs and abilities
- Building pupils' confidence, independence for life beyond the classroom
- Helping students discover new strengths, interests and future aspirations through technology
- Working collaboratively within a supportive, forward‑thinking team to make a visible difference every day
