The school is seeking an outstanding individual who is looking to progress within the Teaching Assistant role on a full‑time basis working in Nursery. The position will start after May Half Term until the end of the academic year.
The successful candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 6 months experience working with children in an Early Years setting
- Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
- Have experience supporting pupils with ALN and implementing Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
- Be able to support pupils with personal care needs, including toileting, hygiene, dressing, eating, and social/welfare support
- Be committed to ensuring the health and safety of pupils requiring intimate personal care
- Be able to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team
- Have excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff
