They provide a relevant, engaging and inclusive curriculum that stimulates the natural curiosity of every child and is responsive to their individual needs.
The school are seeking an outstanding individual who is looking to progress within the Teaching Assistant role on a full-time basis working in Nursery. The position will start after May Half Term until the end of the academic year.
The successful candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 6 months’ experience working with children in an Early Years setting
- Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
- Have experience supporting pupils with ALN and implementing Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
- Be able to support pupils with personal care needs, including toileting, hygiene, dressing, eating, and social/welfare support
- Be committed to ensuring the health and safety of pupils requiring intimate personal care
- Be able to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team
- Have excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff
