Are you passionate about making a real difference in a young person’s life? We are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate tutor(s) within Tonbridge and the surrounding area to support young people who are currently out of education due to a range of needs, including having an EHCP, ongoing health conditions, or having been excluded from school.

The Role as a Tutor:

  • One-to-one tuition in the young person’s home or within the local community
  • Support learners to re-engage with education through personalised learning plans
  • Deliver core subject tuition (and beyond where applicable)
  • Build trust and confidence in a safe, supportive learning environment

Key Details for this Tutor:

  • Flexible, temporary work based on the learner’s individual needs
  • Hourly pay – funded support provision
  • Ongoing Tutor referrals available across Medway and surrounding areas
