Do you have experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs? Are you confident managing challenging behaviour with patience and understanding? Are you a compassionate and reliable SEN LSA looking for a rewarding part-time role?
TeacherActive is proud to be working with welcoming SEN schools in Taunton, dedicated to providing supportive and inclusive learning environments for children with a wide range of additional needs. The schools are committed to helping every pupil reach their full potential through personalised support, positive relationships and a nurturing approach.
The schools are looking to appoint a SEN LSA to join their dedicated team with an immediate start.
The successful SEN LSA will have:
- Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs
- Strong behaviour management skills
- A caring, patient and empathetic approach
- The ability to build positive relationships with children and staff
- A willingness to support pupils with a wide range of SEN needs
- A full UK driving licence is desirable
