We are currently recruiting for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) on a cover basis, primarily within the nursery class. This role is ideal for a nursery-qualified room leader seeking to transition into a primary school environment or an HLTA looking for their next challenge. Candidates must have a solid understanding of specific aspects of the Welsh curriculum and be confident in supporting pupils as required.
Key Requirements:- HLTA qualification or Level 4 childcare qualification (or above)
- PGCE or PCET qualifications are also acceptable
- Minimum of six months’ experience in a classroom environment
- Strong classroom management skills
- A reflective, creative, and adaptable approach
