The school is looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant on a full-time temporary basis, working Monday to Friday across Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2. The successful Learning Support Assistant will support pupils with their learning and development, work alongside classroom teachers and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
The successful Learning Support Assistant will have:
- Experience supporting children within a primary school or similar educational setting
- Experience working with pupils across KS1 and KS2
- A good understanding of supporting pupils with different learning needs
- The ability to drive and travel reliably to the school
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, patient and positive approach to supporting children
