Qualifications and Experience
- QTS – ECTs are welcome to apply!
- Enhanced DBS (required) or willing to apply for one
- Experience working with ASD, challenging behaviour
- A calm, patient, and caring personality
- A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
- Experience in working with supporting students in their education
- Excellent classroom management
