The role of a Team Leader:
As a billing Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for a team of successful Consultants and Resourcers, with the full support and guidance working alongside the Branch Manager. This is a billing role, so you will need to have a successful track record of agency recruitment and ideally have some team leader experience in education or social care agency recruitment.
Essential: Previous 360 recruitment experience leading a team in Education or temporary recruitment.
