TeacherActive is proud to be working with a secondary school in Chelmsford who are looking to appoint an LSA/Sports Coach. The school is seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable individual who can engage KS3 and KS4 students and provide effective support across both classroom and sports-based environments.
The school is looking to take on an LSA/Sports Coach on a temporary supply basis from September. The successful LSA/Sports Coach will split their time between supporting KS3 and KS4 students within the classroom and providing additional support during sports lessons, helping students to engage positively with their learning and physical activities.
The successful LSA/Sports Coach will have:
- Experience working with secondary-aged students
- Experience supporting young people within an education, coaching or similar setting
- Confidence supporting KS3 and KS4 students in the classroom
- Experience or a strong interest in sports and physical education
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- An adaptable and positive approach
