Your Role
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support learning: Assist students with moderate learning and communication difficulties in accessing a creative, well-rounded curriculum.
- Encourage independence: Help students build life skills, confidence, and resilience for the future.
- Work as a team: Collaborate with teachers and therapists to create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
- Be creative: Engage students in exciting subjects like PE, Outdoor Learning, Computing, and Enterprise.
