TeacherActive is currently recruiting passionate and motivated Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Medway on a temporary basis. This is the perfect opportunity for graduates who are considering a future in teaching, educational psychology, or child development and want to build their experience working directly with children.
Responsibilities
- Supporting teachers in the classroom to deliver engaging lessons
- Providing 1:1 or small group support for pupils with additional needs
- Using your psychology background to help understand behaviour and support emotional wellbeing
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Qualifications
- Recent psychology (or related discipline) graduates
- Enthusiastic, empathetic, and patient individuals
- A strong interest in education, SEN, or child psychology
