TeacherActive is currently recruiting passionate and motivated Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Medway on a temporary basis. This is the perfect opportunity for graduates who are considering a future in teaching, educational psychology, or child development and want to build their experience working directly with children.
This Teaching Assistant role will include:
Supporting teachers in the classroom to deliver engaging lessons
Providing 1:1 or small group support for pupils with additional needs
Using your psychology background to help understand behaviour and support emotional wellbeing
Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
What we are looking for from a Teaching Assistant:
Recent psychology (or related discipline) graduates
Enthusiastic, empathetic, and patient individuals
