About the Role
The successful Teaching Assistants will be supporting students across a range of age groups, helping to meet individual needs, manage behaviour, and promote engagement in learning within a specialist SEND setting.

Qualifications
- Experience working with children or young people with SEND, particularly autism.
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent is desirable.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A can-do attitude and willingness to support across different age groups.
