The predicted salary is between 24750 - 28725 £ per year.
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to support primary aged pupils who may have challenging behaviour and ADHD, working closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored support and maintain a positive learning environment.
The successful Teaching Assistant will have:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
- Experience working with primary aged children
- Experience supporting pupils with SEND, particularly ADHD
- Strong behaviour management skills
- A patient and resilient approach
- A can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in
