The school is looking to take on an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant on both short-term and long-term assignments, with full-time and part-time opportunities available. The successful Teaching Assistant will support pupils across either Key Stage 1 / KS1 or Key Stage 2 / KS2, working closely with class teachers to promote engagement, progress and positive behaviour within the classroom.
Qualifications- Previous experience working within a Primary School setting
- Experience supporting pupils in Key Stage 1 / KS1 or Key Stage 2 / KS2
- A good understanding of the Primary Curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive and proactive approach to supporting learning
- A reliable and adaptable attitude
