We are looking to take on a Teaching Assistant on a day-to-day basis with the opportunity for a long-term position for the right Teaching Assistant. The successful Teaching Assistant will be supporting students across KS3 and KS4, working closely with class teachers to deliver engaging lessons, provide targeted support, and manage classroom behaviour effectively.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months experience working within a UK education setting
  • A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable
  • Experience working within a secondary school setting
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Experience supporting students across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work
