Are you a graduate with a passion for supporting children on a 1:1 basis? Do you have the patience and dedication to make a real difference in a child's learning journey? Are you looking for a full-time Teaching Assistant role for the full academic year in an outstanding primary school?
The school is looking to appoint a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant on a full-time basis from September for the full academic year. The successful Teaching Assistant will be working closely with a pupil on a 1:1 basis, supporting their academic, social and emotional development, with full training provided to ensure you are confident and effective in the role.
Qualifications
- A degree in Psychology, Sociology, Sport or a related subject
- A genuine passion for working with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, resilience and a nurturing approach
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude
