TeacherActive is proud to be working with a range of welcoming secondary schools across Pontypridd. These schools are passionate about creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where students are encouraged to achieve their full potential both academically and personally. The schools have supportive Senior Leadership Teams and excellent classroom facilities to help staff thrive.
The schools are looking to take on a dedicated LSA on a full-time long-term basis with an immediate start available. The successful LSA will be supporting students across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4, working closely with teaching staff to provide classroom support, encourage engagement, and promote positive learning behaviours throughout the school day.

- Experience working with children or young people in a school setting
- Strong behaviour management skills
