We are seeking a confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about education and making a positive impact in the classroom.
The successful HLTA will:
• Deliver lessons and cover classes when required
• Support pupils individually and in small groups
• Work closely with teachers to plan and adapt learning activities
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience in a HLTA or similar role
• Confidence supporting or leading learning across KS1 and KS2
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• HLTA status or Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification
Desirable (not essential):
• Experience supporting pupils with SEN/SEND
