We are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant who can bring patience, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to supporting children’s learning and development.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with teachers and pupils to support classroom learning
- Help create a positive and inclusive environment where every child can thrive
- Offer tailored support to individual students or small groups
- Play a key role in encouraging progress, building confidence, and promoting positive behaviour
Qualifications
- 6 months or more experience working with children or young people in education
- Experience supporting children with SEN/SEND
- A genuine passion for education and supporting learners with diverse needs
- Relevant qualifications: level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant
