We are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant who can bring patience, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to supporting children’s learning and development.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with teachers and pupils to support classroom learning
  • Help create a positive and inclusive environment where every child can thrive
  • Offer tailored support to individual students or small groups
  • Play a key role in encouraging progress, building confidence, and promoting positive behaviour

Qualifications

  • 6 months or more experience working with children or young people in education
  • Experience supporting children with SEN/SEND
  • A genuine passion for education and supporting learners with diverse needs
  • Relevant qualifications: level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant
