Key Responsibilities

• Teach small, focused classes, adapting lessons to meet each pupil's unique learning style and needs.
• Create engaging, inclusive learning experiences that encourage curiosity and confidence.
• Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and pastoral colleagues.
• Nurture pupils' academic, social, emotional, and personal development holistically.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and positive environment where every child feels valued.
• Support pupils in developing essential life skills and independence.
• Encourage pupil participation and ownership of their learning journey.
• Maintain excellent safeguarding standards and prioritise pupil wellbeing.
• Track and assess progress effectively, adapting strategies as needed.
