TeacherActive is proud to be working with a number of welcoming and supportive Primary Schools across Doncaster, who are looking to recruit passionate QTS Primary Teachers with strong SEN knowledge and experience for day-to-day supply and long-term opportunities. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development across both Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2).

The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons while supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

The ideal QTS Primary Teacher will be:

  • Adaptable
  • Patient
  • Confident managing a classroom while supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis, in small groups, and within the wider classroom setting.

The successful QTS Primary Teacher will have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching within UK Primary Schools
  • Strong SEN knowledge and experience supporting children with additional needs
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • Experience supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and within intervention groups
  • A positive, nurturing, and engaging teaching style
