Job Overview
Do you have experience supporting young people with additional needs? Do you have resilience and patience? Are you a qualified Teacher? We are recruiting dedicated and compassionate tutor(s) within Swindon and the surrounding area to support young people who are currently out of education due to a range of needs, including having an EHCP, ongoing health conditions, or having been excluded from school.
Responsibilities
- One-to-one tuition in the young person’s home or within the local community
- Support learners to re‑engage with education through personalised learning plans
- Deliver core subject tuition (and beyond where applicable)
- Build trust and confidence in a safe, supportive learning environment

Ideal Candidate
- Experienced in working with SEND, SEMH, or disengaged learners
- Confident delivering lessons independently and adapting to varied needs
- Patient, empathetic, and resilient
- Able to travel locally for face‑to‑face tuition
