At TeacherActive we are working with a wonderful Primary School in Swansea who are looking to expand their team of WLM support staff. This vibrant school is looking for the best person to work alongside teachers and other support staff either on a one to one basis, with small groups of children or whole class situations.
A minimum qualification of Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent) is desirable along with recent experience of working in a Primary School as well as the ability to communicate fluently through the Medium of Welsh. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, energetic and will have good communication skills. You will also need to be flexible, patient, caring and confident with children. Experience of working within an ALN environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
