The school provides a highly supportive and nurturing environment, with a strong focus on individualised learning, communication development and life skills.
The school is looking to take on a full-time Deputy Head Teacher on a long-term basis, with the potential to lead to a permanent position for the right Deputy Head Teacher. The successful Deputy Head Teacher will support the Head Teacher in leading the school, overseeing teaching and learning, and ensuring high-quality provision for pupils with complex needs including PMLD, SLD and non-verbal learners.
The successful Deputy Head Teacher will have:
