Role Details
- Our Cover Supervisors play a vital role in schools, whether on a day to day, long-term or permanent basis.
- The role of a Cover Supervisor doesn’t include planning and preparation; however strong communication and classroom management skills are a must.
Qualifications
- Cache Level 2/3 or 6 months experience
- Confident in the ability to manage a class of students within the age range 11 to 16+
- Ability to manage behaviour in the classroom to ensure students remain engaged
- Flexible to work throughout the school within different departments and with different age ranges daily
