TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream primary school in Sunderland that is committed to achieving strong academic outcomes. The school promotes a structured and supportive environment, with a clear focus on pupil progress and high standards of behaviour.
The school is looking to take on a KS2 Teacher on a long-term basis from September. The successful KS2 Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons and preparing pupils for SATs, using strong classroom management and targeted interventions to support attainment and progress.
The successful KS2 Teacher will have:
- QTS (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
- Experience preparing pupils for SATs
- Strong classroom management skills
- A good understanding of the Primary Curriculum
- A proactive and dedicated approach
