The school is looking to take on a Learning Support Assistant on a long-term, full-time basis with an immediate start. The successful Learning Support Assistant will be supporting pupils across the primary age range, working closely with class teachers and SEND staff as the school opens additional classes to meet the needs of its pupils.
The successful Learning Support Assistant will have:
- Experience supporting children with SEND / Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
- Experience working with pupils with high severe needs or complex needs
- A caring, patient and resilient approach
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families
- A ‘can-do’ attitude with the willingness to get stuck in
