With a focus on academic excellence, personal development and preparing students for future success, this is an excellent opportunity for a passionate History Teacher to join a dedicated and successful department. The school is looking to appoint a History Teacher on a full-time basis from 25th September until approximately 9th November 2026.
The successful History Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4 and A-Level, ensuring students remain motivated, challenged and supported throughout their learning.
The successful History Teacher will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a History specialism
- Proven experience teaching History across KS3, KS4 and A-Level
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging, challenging lessons
- Excellent classroom management skills
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning
- The ability to quickly build positive relationships with students and staff
