Start Date: Immediate Start

Salary: £90 - £110 per day

We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to support students with Autism (ASD), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), and non‑verbal communication needs. This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Experience supporting students with ASD, MLD, SLD, and non‑verbal communication needs
  • A caring and patient approach to working with young people with SEND
  • A passion for outdoor learning and using creative methods to engage students
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the school team
  • A willingness to work within a therapeutic setting and embrace the unique curriculum
  • A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) is desirable but not essential
