Are you an experienced HLTA confident supporting pupils with SEN needs? Do you have strong behaviour management skills and the ability to lead learning in the classroom? Are you passionate about supporting children to achieve their full potential?

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a specialist SEN provision in Middlesbrough that supports pupils with a range of additional needs. The setting provides a structured and supportive environment, focusing on inclusive education and promoting positive behaviour across the school.

The school is looking to take on a HLTA on a long-term basis, starting ASAP. The successful HLTA will be supporting pupils with SEN, delivering pre-planned lessons, leading small group interventions, and using strong behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

  • HLTA qualification or equivalent
