The ideal candidate will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (essential)
- Have at least 6 months’ experience teaching in a UK Secondary School (essential)
- Be a committed and engaging classroom practitioner with high expectations for pupils
- Demonstrate strong behaviour management and adaptability across different age groups and abilities
- Be open to new ideas, flexible, and a great team player
