The school is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis with a flexible start date, supporting pupils across Key Stage 1/KS1 and Key Stage 2/KS2 from Year 1 to Year 6. The successful Teaching Assistant will work alongside the class teacher to support lesson delivery, provide focused 1:1 support and help pupils remain engaged and make progress.

- Experience supporting pupils within a primary school setting
- Confidence working with children across Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2
- Experience providing 1:1 and small-group support
- The ability to work effectively alongside the class teacher
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- A patient, adaptable and positive approach
- A dedicated team of consultants available 24/7 to help with the onboarding process
