TeacherActive is proud to be working with an alternative provision in Nottingham who are looking to secure a Mechanics tutor on a temp to perm, full time basis. The role will include high-quality teaching and learning in mechanics, tailored to the needs of students. Applicants should have good knowledge and experience of working with disaffected pupils in a school or other alternative setting. A passion for working with pupils with behavioural, emotional and social difficulties is an essential quality for this challenging but rewarding role.
The ideal Mechanics tutor will have:
- Previous experience as a Mechanics tutor
- A passion for teaching and mentoring students
- Strong knowledge of mechanics principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and deliver effective instruction
