These schools are passionate about developing new talent and provide supportive leadership, experienced mentors, and excellent opportunities for career progression.

We are seeking ECT Teachers for long-term opportunities across a variety of subject specialisms. The successful ECT Teacher will have the opportunity to develop their confidence in the classroom, deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4, and play an important role in supporting students both academically and personally throughout the academic year.

The successful ECT Teacher will have:

  • QTS or be due to achieve QTS by July
  • Recent teaching placement experience within a secondary school setting
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • The ability to engage and motivate students across KS3 and KS4
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach to teaching
  • A commitment to raising attainment and supporting student development
