The Role
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across your subject specialism.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with students with SEMH needs.

- Support students to develop both academically and socially through personalised learning approaches.
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has experience working with students with SEMH, SEND, or other additional needs (desirable but not essential).
- Demonstrates excellent behaviour management skills and a calm, resilient approach.
- Is passionate about making a lasting difference to the lives of young people.
- Has high expectations and a commitment to inclusive education.
