What You’ll Be Doing as a Teaching Assistant:

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND
  • Assisting with tailored learning activities guided by EHCPs
  • Promoting confidence, independence and positive behaviour
  • Working closely with teaching staff, SENCOs and external professionals
  • Helping to maintain a safe, engaging and supportive classroom environment

Temp-to-perm opportunity available for the right person.

  • Have experience supporting children or young people with SEND (Autism, ADHD or complex needs)
  • Are patient, caring and resilient
  • Communicate clearly and enjoy working as part of a team
  • Understand safeguarding and child protection expectations
  • Have school or specialist-setting experience (desirable but not essential)
