This welcoming school promotes a positive and inclusive learning environment, placing a strong focus on student wellbeing, engagement and academic progress throughout the school community.
Responsibilities
- The successful Level 2 Teaching Assistant will be supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4, working closely with teaching staff to provide classroom support, deliver interventions and encourage positive learning behaviours throughout the school day.
Qualifications
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
- Experience working within a secondary school environment
- Strong behaviour management skills
- The ability to support students on a one-to-one and small group basis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
