Salary: £95 - £110 per day depending on experience and role

Are you a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant who can build positive relationships and promote student engagement? We are looking to recruit a Level 3 Teaching Assistant on a full-time basis from September. The successful Level 3 Teaching Assistant will support students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, providing both classroom and targeted intervention support. This Level 3 Teaching Assistant role may involve working with students with SEND needs, behavioural challenges, SEMH needs and those requiring additional support to access the curriculum within mainstream and alternative provision settings.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

  • Level 2 or level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
  • Experience supporting children or young people within a secondary school, SEND or alternative provision setting
  • Knowledge of supporting students with SEND, SEMH or behavioural needs
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A patient, resilient and proactive approach
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
