The Role: Senior Recruitment Consultant As a Senior 360 Consultant , you'll be hands on with your own desk while also mentoring and inspiring a team to achieve incredible results. You’ll lead by example, build lasting partnerships with schools and educators, and drive business growth across your area. Mentoring, supporting and motivating a team of Recruitment Consultants and Resourcers to ensure targets and KPIs are met and exceeded. Building strong, long term relationships with schools and understanding their staffing needs Attending client meetings, school visits, and networking events Driving performance through KPIs and structured business development We provide industry leading training and ongoing coaching to ensure you’re equipped to achieve your goals and develop your career.
