The residential home is looking to appoint a Senior Residential Support Worker on a permanent, full-time basis. The successful Senior Residential Support Worker will support young people with EBD, lead shifts, and ensure high standards of care, safeguarding, and emotional support are consistently maintained.
Key Qualifications- Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification (essential)
- Experience working within an EBD residential setting
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to support and guide a team
