Are you a passionate and experienced SEND Learning Support Assistant? We are currently working with excellent SEND schools across Leicester to find teaching assistants to join them on day-to-day supply or long-term roles. No two SEND schools are the same, and we need great staff who can work across all our SEND schools and have extensive experience working with children with a variation of special educational needs and disabilities.
In order to be a successful SEND TA you must:
- Have previous relevant experience working with children with SEND
- Be kind, patient and understanding
- Have great communication skills
- Have compassion and empathy
