Salary: £90 - £100 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with an Outstanding specialist school based in Lewisham, who are looking to appoint a SEND TA. The school supports children with complex needs including Autism / ASD, PMLD and sensory needs, and has built a strong reputation for providing a nurturing and inclusive environment.
The school is looking to take on a dedicated SEND TA on a full‑time basis from September 2026. The successful SEND TA will be supporting pupils with their learning, communication, personal development and sensory regulation, while working closely with the class teacher and wider support team.
Qualifications
- A DBS on the Update Service
- Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with SEND
- Experience working with Autism / ASD, PMLD or sensory needs
- A caring, patient and resilient approach
- Strong communication skills
- A can‑do attitude and willingness to get stuck in
