About the Role

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you\’ll be supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including moderate learning difficulties, autism, and communication challenges. Every day is different, and the role suits someone who is patient, adaptable, and motivated by making a positive impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting pupils in lessons, helping them engage and feel confident

Encouraging independence and helping develop key life skills

Working closely with teachers, therapists and support staff to meet individual needs

Bringing enthusiasm and creativity to a variety of subjects, from core learning to practical and outdoor activities

Creating a positive, reassuring environment where every pupil feels valued
