What You’ll Be Doing as a Teaching Assistant:
Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND
Assisting with tailored learning activities guided by EHCPs
Promoting confidence, independence and positive behaviour
Working closely with teaching staff, SENCOs and external professionals
Helping to maintain a safe, engaging and supportive classroom environment
Temp-to-perm opportunity available for the right person

Have experience supporting children or young people with SEND (Autism, ADHD or complex needs)
Are patient, caring and resilient
Communicate clearly and enjoy working as part of a team
Understand safeguarding and child protection expectations
Have school or specialist-setting experience (desirable but not essential)
