Salary: £140 - £220 per day

The school is committed to delivering a personalised curriculum that promotes independence, confidence and life skills, ensuring every pupil is supported to reach their full potential within a nurturing and collaborative setting.

The school is looking to appoint a dedicated Teacher on a long-term basis with an immediate start, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right Teacher. The successful Teacher will plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCP outcomes, working closely with teaching assistants, therapists and families to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports both academic progress and personal development.

The successful Teacher will have:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching pupils with SEND, including Autism, SLD, PMLD or complex learning needs
  • The ability to plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons that meet individual learning needs
  • Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills
  • A patient, adaptable and nurturing approach to teaching
  • A commitment to working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
